The Role
The Litigation Paralegal will provide end-to-end support on active cases, from initial filings to post-trial documentation. You’ll coordinate directly with attorneys, clients, and experts, managing complex schedules and high-volume discovery with professionalism and calm.
Key Responsibilities
- : Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence for attorney review.
- Organize and manage case files, exhibits, and trial binders.
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, and court filings (state and federal).
- Assist attorneys during hearings and trial preparation.
- Maintain databases and e-discovery systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of litigation experience in a law-firm environment.
- Strong understanding of New York court procedures and e-filing systems.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable with digital workflow tools.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred.
